1.      The first phase consists of an interview, at Customer’s House, to make a first check up of the Customer’s Company and focus on details to follow

2.      A detailed proposal containing methods and instruments to be used will be prepared

3.      What proposed is technically realised and the Customer is constantly informed and trained on the work progress

4.      Final results are shown to the Customer
